Community
Each month we get together in local work groups to communicate
with our staff about any key changes to our business, and to learn
about other parts of the business. We communicate about our
vision, strategies, structures and our people. This creates the
opportunity for people to learn and share what we are doing across
our businesses.
We use this time to share and celebrate our successes.
We achieve an incredible level of support by providing an equal
amount of time discussing the 'why' as well as the 'what'. We
encourage staff to ask questions and seek to provide clarify about
the direction of the company. We strongly encourage suggestions
from all employees regarding possible options for service
improvement.
