Costa Logistics Appoints New CEO

Costa Logistics, one of Australia's leading providers of
perishable storage and logistics, has appointed Tim Bolam as its
CEO to lead the new business growth process in line with the Costa
Group strategy.
In this role, Tim will report directly to Deputy Chairman Costa
Group, Simon J Costa. He will be responsible for developing the
supply chain strategy and business growth strategy across the whole
Costa Logistics business as well as planning, organizing and
managing the seamless assimilation of new businesses into the
existing infrastructure.
Formerly Managing Director Chilled & Ambient for Eddie
Stobart Chilled Ltd, a logistics provider in Europe, Tim has a vast
amount of global experience in change management, organizational
integration, and rapidly developing businesses through new business
development and acquisition on both the operational and cultural
levels. His skills also include designing and building
e‐fulfillment and e‐logistics systems.
Tim explained: "Costa Logistics is at a very exciting point in
its development, with ambitious plans for further growth. My goal
will be to refine the Costa model and to instill best practice
systems and processes across the organization to ensure we are
operating at optimum efficiency and productivity at all times. By
ensuring the business processes, resources and business systems are
in harmony and are flexible to grow with the company and with our
customers, we will be able to maintain the operational excellence
for which Costa is renowned."
Simon J Costa said: "Tim's expertise and positive attitude is
